Anywhere, Any Chair

Anywhere, Any Chair Yoga is not lazy yoga - it's a gentle form of yoga with warm-up stretches, twists, warrior poses, sun salutations - in fact, the entire yoga sequence can be done from the comfort of your chair or at your work desk. Have a limited mobility? Chair yoga is adaptive . Clients say "chair yoga is fun and maybe a bit more challenging than mat yoga."
